The programme is conducted by qualified Aalims and Huffaaz from Dewsbury madrassah and Darul Uloom Ford Square for boys. For the girls we have graduates from Jamea al Kauthar and Madani girls school. Alhamdulillah they have teaching experience of over 8 years in both makaatibs and primary schools.
Our Pre-hifz programme is focused on Juz Amma, Surah Mulk, Surah Rahman, Surah Yaseen and other such relevant memorisation. Students will be given verses or pages to memorise which they must do in and outside of class times. They will not be learning their sabaq for the day in class. That must be learnt beforehand. Students will have approximately 6 days of memorising and polishing. During the lesson, students are simply going to deliver their high quality sabaq/task to the Ustaadh.
Prior knowledge of correct letter pronunciation, tajweed, fluency and other such relevant aspects is compulsory.
Students will have to sit an assessment after applying. This will allow us to understand if they are ready for Pre-hifz classes.
The Ustaadh will guide the students on how to memorise and retain the Quran. It is the duty of the parent/guardian and student to ensure they follow the guidance.
Classes will be held once a week for 1 to 1.5 hours online.
Alhamdulillah we have staff onboard who work in primary schools, secondary schools and makaatibs within London. These sessions are catered for primary aged children who need a little guidance for their homework.
The subjects we help on are:
English
Maths
Handwriting
Spelling practice
Science
Islamic studies at Ustaadh Tutor follows the An Nasihah curriculum. This rich content enables children to engage with the learning actively and retain in digestable chunks. All our tutors are born in the UK and fluent in speaking and writing in English.
All our lessons will be conducted online and taught by qualified Aalimahs from Jamea-al-Kauthar as well as Madani Girls Aalimiyyah.
Alhamdulillah our staff have teaching experience of secondary schools and makaatibs and are currently in that practice. The sessions will run for 1 to 1.5 hours per week which will usually be held on one evening.
